Pastor Frank Tibagendeka is a social worker and Administrator by profession and a pastor by calling. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and Social Administration for 3 years at Kampala International University – Uganda. During his course of study, he also attended several certificate courses concerning church ministry and leadership.

Pastor Susan Tibagendeka (Frank’s wife) has a bachelor’s degree in Secondary education and she acquired her education from Makerere University. Frank and Susan are so far blessed with one biological daughter called Christiana who will be turning two years by the end of this year (2009), and then have other several adopted children who are needy and orphans.

The Spirit of God inspired Frank to begin this ministry right back in 1998 and since then he was praying seeking God’s guidance for the way forward on how to begin the ministry until in 2006, that God gave Frank and other members the grace to begin on the registration process of the ministry and it is now registered.  The registration certificate was collected in 2007 from the registrar of Non - Government Organizations of the Republic of Uganda.

But then to Frank and Susan, the lord led them to serve Him there in a village called Bugadde in Mayuge District  and then other parts of the country and outside the country, to serve in such desperate and needy people and address some of the problems above and others as seen in the objectives of the ministry.
